The tubes be confined to below specifications
a) Each tube shall be Eddy current tested (E243) before finning
b) Temper Annealing & hardness measurement shall be done as per SB 359
c) Mechanical Test must be carried out(VTS, YS Hardness)
d) Flattening test must be carried out as per ISO: 8492
e) Expansion test to be done as per ASTM B 153
f) Mercurous Nitrate test shall be done as per SB 359 (B 154)
g) Finning Shall be done as per Wolverline cat no.60-194049
i) Unfinned portions at both ends shall be 70mm
j) Each tube shall be hydro tested at 70 atg before & at 40 atg after finning.
