2.1Recommended Span Length: less than 200m
General information:
The Suspension Sets are designed to reduce static stress at the support point of ADSS cable, as well as ensure
that the cable is cushioned against the dynamic stress of aeolian vibration. The combination of the Armor Rods
provides protection against cable bending stress, there is no other stress concentration, so that the fiber optic
do not produce extra loss in the cable.
2.1.1 Structure and Material:
2.1.1.1Ring--Hot dipped galvanized steel. is connected with Reinforcing Pole/Tower units.
2.1.1.2 Protect Rods--Rods are made from Aluminum clad steel, are factory assembled into few subsets with a
layer of firm emery inside, in order to protect ADSS from cable bending stress and dynamic stress of aeolian.
2.1.1.3 Suspension Rods--Rods are made form Aluminum clad steel, connected with ring and protect rods to
support ADSS.are factory assembled into one subsets with a layer of firm emery inside
