Introduction of water production plant:

The capacity of water plant system is from 1000 liters/h to 20,000liters/h

Water treatment system is applied for the production of pure water, drinking water, mineral water, carbonated drink, juice etc beverage. Water treatment system includes water tank, quartz sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, precise filter, RO machine, UV Sterilizer and Ozone sterilizer (you can choose one from UV and Ozone) and Ozone mixing tower,. All these machines made by stainless steel food stage.

Component part of water treatment plant: 

1. Quartz Sand Filter--- The basic way is to filter impurity in water with all kinds of medium. The quartz sand filter can remove silt, suspended matter and colloid etc impurity from water.

2. Active Carbon Filter---The filter material is active carbon. The active carbon can adsorb off flavor, surface-active agents, free chlorine and organic matter. It can remove organic matter (like benzol, phenol), surface-active agents etc from water.

3. Sodium ion exchanger --- We call it softener. This machine was adopted Na+ to change the metal ion, to get soft water.

4. Precise filter--- precise filter is made of stainless steel as a small tank which contains precision filter membrane, it only allows un-treated water go through the membrane.

5. RO--- The reverse osmosis device is an equipment to purify the water with the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane.

The feature of the drinking water plant:

1. The whole equipment, pipe, valve etc was made of SuS304. The machine can be customized according to  customer derail need.

2. The water filter with self-washing valve. It is easy to backwashing.

3. The water treatment system is automatic type.

4. We will supply filter material (quartz sand, active carbon, sodium resin) for one year.

5. The water treatment system can make pure water, drinking water and mineral water (hollow filter).
