Q. What should I let you know to get a quotation?

A. To get an accurate quotation, please inform us of the material, size (width, height and of opening bottom), quantity, design, way of packing and application. 

Q. Lead time?

A. Samples need 2-5days, mass productions need 10-25days according to the quantity.

Q. Are you manufacturer?

A. Yes, we run our own factory and have our own marketing department.

Q. What certificates do you have for your products?

A. We have RHOS, TUV and SGS now. Other certificates can be made as per your requirements.

Q. Can you customize the products as requirements?

A. Yes, we can customize our products in required shape, size, material, color etc.

Q. How can I get a sample?

A. If you want our similar products in stock, we can send you samples for free but you need to pay the freight. If you want your customized samples, you need to pay the cost of the sample and the freight.
