Using 1.0mm thick cold rolled steel for main body and 1.2~1.5MM thick cold rolled steel for special bearing parts, made through cutting, bending, welding, stamping, grinding, with surface treatment of oil removal, acid washing, phosphating and epoxy electrostatic powder coating, impact test qualified, corrosion resistant, flame retardant and anti- explosion. Door panel is filled with anti-fire, mute and shock absorption material.

Shelf Panel

Reagent Cabinet/Medicine Cabinet - shelf panel uses 18mm good quality MDF , surface with 1.0mm PP corrosion resistant board , front side with aluminum alloy edging to prevent deforming and enhance loadability.

Sample Cabinet/Instrument Cabinet/File Cabinet - shelf panel uses 18mm good quality MDF , surface with 1.0mm phenolic resin board , front side with aluminum alloy edging to prevent deforming and enhance loadability.

All the shelf panels are adjustable and easy to disassemble.

Handle - aluminum alloy handle or stainless steel special handle

Hinge - using 316L stainless steel material, opening maximum at 145°

Adjustable Feet - consisting of stainless steel screw, nylon cover and rubber material, anti-skidding, shock absorbing, chemical resistant, corrosion resistant and strong bearing.
