Using 1.0mm thick cold rolled steel for main body and 1.2~1.5MM thick cold rolled steel for special bearing parts, made through cutting, bending, welding, stamping, grinding, with surface treatment of oil removal, acid washing, phosphating and epoxy electrostatic powder coating, impact test qualified, corrosion resistant, flame retardant and anti- explosion. Door panel is filled with anti-fire, mute and shock absorption material.

Shelf Panel

- shelf panel uses 18mm good quality MDF , surface with 1.0mm PP corrosion resistant board , front side with aluminum alloy edging to prevent deforming and enhance loadability.
