B2000-2A green color fuel injection pump test bench and pump calibrate machine

I. The main adjusting items of DB2000-IIA injection pump test stand are as follows:

1. Test capacity and uniformity of fuel supply in each cylinder of injection pump.

2. Check supplying interval angle of injection pump statically.

3. Check working performance of mechanic and pneumatic governor.

4. Test sealing performance of injection pump.

5. Do an experiment on advance device and air governor with accessories.

6. Measure oil return capacity and pump’s inner pressure at various speeds.

7. Check pressure compensator of distribution pump.

8. Adjust working performance of vacuum governor.
