HS Solid OTF -2 is dual heating zone 8.5" O.D Tube furnace. Quartz tube and Vacuum flanges with valves are pre-installed for immediate use. Two 30 segments programmable controllers are built in with K type thermal couple. Microprocessor-based PID control provides excellent control without overshooting and +/- 1 oC accuracy. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition and is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and sintering sample in various atmospheres.

Furnace Structure Double layer steel casing with air cooling. Two cooling fan inside to keep temperature of outside case < 70oC.

Fibrous alumina insulation liner for maximum energy saving.
