Part2:Production Details:

1) Material Management 

Supplier → Components Purchase → IQC → Protection Control → Material Supply → Firmware

2) Program Management 

PCB Files → DCC → Program Organizing → Optimization → Checking

3) SMT Management

PCB Loader → Screen Printer → Checking → SMD Placement → Checking → Air Reflow → Vision Inspection → AOI → Keeping

4) PCBA Management 

THT→Soldering Wave (Manual Welding) → Vision Inspection → ICT → Flash → FCT → Checking → Package → Shipment

5)PCBA Function Testing

A.After smd,all boards will do the AOI testing to check if any short circuit;

B.Before dip,our engineer assistant will make one completed board for engineer's testing;

The testing method could be provided by customers;If customers can not provide test method,then our engineer will make one test method according to schematic.

C.All boards will be tested before delivery.

RFQS

1.How can I get quotation in time?
Please send us the PCB File and Components list via mail or Online tool(Aliwangwang WhatsApp)
The file will be checked and the initial quotation will be offered withing 2 working days as usual
(Gerberfiles,Eagle,PCB,CAD file are acceptable).

PCBAs are packed into plastic bags. Plastic bags are put into small carton. 4 small carton into a big carton.

Q:What's files do you use in the bare board fabrication?

A:Gerber RS-274X,274D,Eagle and AutoCAD's DXF,DWG

Q: Will our PCB files be checked?

A: Yes. Your data will be checked by our Engineers Team. If we find any technical issues or have any enquires we will contact you and solve the problems together.

Q:What's files do you need in the PCBA projects?

A:Exclude the pcb file, the PNP(Pick and Place) file and Components Position file also needed.

Q: How can i know the processing about my PCB or PCBA order?

A: Each Customer will have a sale to contact with you. Eastwin working hours:AM9:00-PM6:00(Beijing Time) from Monday to Friday. We will reply your email in 2 hours in our working time. And you also can contact with our sales's cell phone if urgent.

Q: Dose our product will be tested before shipment?

A: Yes, we could provide Function Circuit Testing if you provide us the testing methods.
