1. What are my payment options?

For samples, it is 100% T/T in advance.

For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance.

2. How long will it take to ship my order?

As long as there is stock available, Dongzhou usually ship items within 3 working days for samples and within 2 weeks for formal order once receiving the confirmation of a new order. 3. What does your warranty cover?

Dongzhou’s products are supported by a 1-year's limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship). Missing/lost or worn-out parts are not covered under our warranty.
