1. This biscuit packing machine uses imported Omron electrical components and three servo motors to complete the packing process, thus achieves the synchronization of supplying, pushing, filming, motioning, sealing and cutting speed. This machine also can carry out capacity adjustment.

5. The conveyer chain is designed with gentle clamping setting instead of the spring clamping to avoid the crushing of biscuit, so the finished product rate is effectively increased. At the same time, it leaves no biscuit crumbs to cause mildew. 
6. The leaking design of the conveyer canal avoids biscuit crumbs stored in the canal gap, thus eliminates the mildewing problem and meets the safety standard of the food production industry. 
7. Suction design can pump away excess air, make more compact package, and achieve the ideal packaging effect. 
8. New double vertical sealing system and heating structure achieve excellent sealing at low temperature. The hot sealing wheels open automatically when the machine stops and effectively avoids the burning of wrapping film.
