Belt type concrete batching plant is continuous forced concrete batching station, which is comprised of six major systems. Six major systems include: mixing system, weighing and control system, cement system, aggregate feeding system, aggregate batching system, control system.

Details about six major systems:
1. Mixing system of belt type cement batching plant: the mixer of concrete batching plant uses JS series horizontal double shaft concrete mixer for high quality of mixing, short mixing time and long service life.
2. Weighing and control system of concrete batching plant: it adopts new-deign electrical weighing system and is equipped with buffered device and auto-add function to make sure the accuracy and timeliness of measurement.
3. Cement system of cement batching plant: it used for plated cement silo and screw conveyor, which is easy to install and has well seal performance and long service life. The cement is transited from cement silo to mixer through screw conveyor.

From the start to the end of production: batching, mixing, propulsion and discharging is continuous.
