Production Flow

Kingflex have 4 advanced rubber foam production lines, which can produce both tubes and sheet rolls, with production capacity doubled than the normal ones.

With over 36 yesrs experience of manufacturing thermal insulation materials, we firmly ensure that each process of our products is strictly conformed to both domestic and international testing standard, such as UL, BS476,ASTM E84, etc.

 

Kingflex have a sound and strict Quality Control System. Every order will be checked from raw material to the final product.

To keep stable quality, we kingflex make out our own testing standard, which is higher requirments than testing standard in domestic or abroad.
