Main Application of Wax machine

HRX-X(3-6) Wax machine is applicable to produce different types of Wax products. Following loading material, the whole process is completed from pressing to material returning automatically. In accordance of requirement of users, various kinds of Wax products can be made through pressing by changing different sizes of moulds and adjusting the length of two toggle arms (special attention: the length of two toggle arms should be the same).

3-6 Pillar Candle Machine

The pillar series candle machines include four types of HRX-X(2-4), HRX-X(3-6), HRX-X(4-9) and HRX-X(6-9) designed for the different requirements of customers. The punched candle has clear edges and corners, clean and smooth surface. There is a center hole inside the candle to allow for the candle wick. Because such series candle machines have been launched for a long time, we have made some improvements, such as adding the automatic powder-filling device. We will insist on improving such series machines and provide more convenient and humanized operation for customers.

The machine is manufactured by the carbon structural steel and adopts the design of box structure. To enhance the strength and prolong the service life of the machine, the major parts receive the strict heat treatment to ensure the durable operation. It uses the nano heating method, with the characteristics of rapid heating, stable temperature and long service life. It promotes the luminance of the candle surface. The large-scale pillar candle machine adopts the manual emergency brake to guarantee the safety of the maintenance.
