The coil tie forming system is a medium to heavy duty forming system, consisting 

Of 3/4" form-ply using lumber stud and wales.

Panels can be prefabricated or job built to accommodate a variety of forming needs.

Coil ties can be used with or without cones or combines with coil rod to make and adjustable tie.

The Two Strut Coil Tie is fabricated with two struts and two self-cleaning, fast threading coils and is available in a broad range of sizes and safe working loads. The versatile tie is used with Coil Bolts or Coil Rod to handle the many forming variations encountered. The Two Strut Coil Tie siavailable in 1/2" to 1" diameters in standard and heavy types. Safe working load is based on an approximate 2:1 safety factor. Note: If electro-plating of coil ties is required, special procedures may be necessary to prevent hydrogen embrittlement effects. Specify when placing order.
