MD-300 spot welder description

Spot Welder Machine Portable precision Micro computer control battery welding machine using double point flow welding principle, work two electrode pressure work piece so that the two layer metal electrodes in two under pressure to form a certain contact resistance.

A. Welding current setting : In normal welding mode, directly press the "↑" or "↓" key to set welding current. The program automatically save the setting after turning off

Applicable instructions

A. Power Switch: turn the switch up ,the power on. Turn the switch down, the power cut off.

B. Work instructions: Turn on the power switch. If the light flashing, it is work.

C. Welding current: setting current, its range is 00-99. a general welding current is set at about 25.

D. Fuse holder: 15A fuse in the lower left corner of the electrical box.

E. Welding switch: it is in the head of machine, when the solder needle down to the weldment and the switch closed, the welder is going to work, this switch is easy to be broken.

Operation, MD-300 spot welder machine

A. Height adjustment of Welding needles : loosing the height adjustment screw with a wrench. Then adjust or replace the length of needles exposed below the electrode(usually, it is about 15mm. It is easy to deform if it is too long) finally, tightening the screws
B. width adjustment of Electrode (needles) : loosing the width adjusting screw with a wrench, then adjust two electrodes so that two needles to appropriate distance. Last, tightening the screws.
C.Test: test whether there is coke on the needles or not., if so. you need to clear it with a file or abrasive paper. then using the right foot press pedals . When its head drop, stare the welding needles until the needle is on the welding point
D. Power: put plug into a 220V power socket, and turn on the power switch, indicator flashing, the welder is work. If working indicator does not shine or shine without flashing. turning off the power then turn on again.
E. In order to ensure good quality of welding, you should often adjust needles and keep it in a good condition.
