Four Rollers system compact spinning for Lakshimi ring frames is of easy installation and less parts modification.There is no need to change the suction flutes from onventional spinning to compact spinning.
This compact spinning system has larger arbours center distance and flexible drafting ratio. The negative pressure for single yarn spinning is 1.7-2.0 Kpa and the negative pressure for Siro yarn spinning is 1.4-1.7 Kpa. You only need to change the gearboxes and negative pressure tubes to change Three Rollers type system into Four Rollers type system.
Longer slot on negative pressure tubes. Rolling friction and lower drafting force. Its brackets are same as three rollers system so it’s easier for customer to change this four roller type system into three roller ones by changing gearboxes and negative pressure tubes. This compact spinning system is more suitable for medium and long staple fiber.
