 III. Brief introduction

ZJX-(0.5-3)X1250mm steel coil slitting line is used for slitting the carbon steel coils to prepare for the next process.

1. Hydraulic entry coil-de-coiler integration. machine

support the steel coil and de-coiling ,its max capacity is 10 T. 

It can expand and shrink with hydraulic oil cylinder and fit with the inner hole of the steel coils and is equipped with supporting stand.

It is adopted without the motor and is designed with the brake system which will easy to control the uncoiling speed. 

the coil car makes the inner holes of steel coils aim at the de-coiler center. The hydraulic expand and shrink de-coiler is driven by the pushing of center shaft to tight the inner hole of steel coil. Using the latest ground track design, no need to pit, easy feeding

3. Press and pinch device

It can improve the steel plate shape very efficient to feed the steel right into the next progress

This is composed of bottom-stand(frame), hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, coil opener, hydraulic shovel head device, etc.

Two pinch rollers device is to feed the opening sheets direct to the next station. 

Through hoisting height ,to get rid of the pit limit

4. Hydraulic head-cutting machine

It is used to cut the steel coil head to make it easy into next machine

It can be also used to cut the big coils into small coils

5.Looper Ⅰ

It is used to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitting machines

6. Side guide device

It uses the vertical rollers of both sides to guide the plates into the slitting machine correctly.

The guide rollers are adjusted by the rods on both sides. The width range is 500-1250mm.

7.Slitting machine

Power part: This is composed of power-stand, decelerator,30KW frequency conversion motor, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.

Main section is made up of base, fixed brackets, large slide block, 2 blade pivot(Φ200mm),movable brackets, slide block, the adjustment device of front and back of the brackets and the lifting device of blade pivot, supporting blades, isolating cover and rubber ring, etc.

It change the blades through moving out the bracket electrically and is very convenient and fast

The motor provide the power to lift up and down of the knife pivot

8.scrap winder

It consists of base, the shaft and plate of scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, 350 decelerator and 5.5KW motor. 

Both sides has one winding system to wind the waste material on both sides

9.Looper Ⅱ

It uses the 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between recoiler and slitting machines

Magic eye is controlled by PLC.

The transmit bridge is lifted up and down by hydraulic.

10. Tension stand

It is used to pre-dividing the finished coils and adjust the tension for recoiler to ensure the rewinding quality

It adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the coils inner diameter.

Designed with hydraulic clip mouth and clip the strips heads. to ensure the recoiling quality

It is designed with the hydraulic press arm equipped with the spacers to guarantee the even rewinding quality.

consist of base, bearing frame, recoiler shaft, the expansion device of hydraulic recoiling, the expanded recoiling plate, movable arm bearing,  45KW frequency conversion control motor.

 Using the latest ground track design, no need to pit ,easy unloading.

Hydraulic cylinder drives it lift up and down and is equipped with 4 guide pillars
