Product Description
The Peeling Machine SA-5AFH
is a Sunkist Heavy Duty Foam Sheet Cutter Machine. It is able to cut high density flexible cylindrical materials into long foam sheets, and rewind it into a roll automatically for the next working process. The machine is suitable for cutting ultra-high density (800 kgs/m3) materials such as: High Density Rebonded Foam, Rebonded recycling tire, Rubber, Cork, etc.

The cutting thickness is set by servo digital control. This is different from the regular Peeling Machine as the regular Peeling Machine can not change the cutting thickness at any time (the regular machine needs to change the thickness gear in order to change the cutting thickness setting). This machine is able to change the cutting thickness on the control box which saves time & material, and will not affect the cutting accuracy due to wearing out of the thickness gear. SA-5AFH includes a precise ball screw rod for rising & descending, a large knife driven wheel, a thick & precise blade guide (that matches the knife auto feeding unit: as the knife is worn out, the knife auto feeding unit is able to push the knife in automatically and fix the knife edge at the same position), 2 sets of grinding stone units (which grind the knife to keep it sharp, these units are specially designed: as the knife stops cutting, the grinding stone retracts automatically to protect the knife edge from wearing out). The Auto Rewinding Unit can auto synchronize with the cutting speed, and is also equipped with a Torque Changing Unit that is able to change the rewinding tension according to different materials. |
