OUR PACKING

Strong seaworthy wooden crated with fumigation. Inner packing: with foamed plastic materials packed inside. Thick tiles are packed directly in wooden crates, with safe support to protect the surface & edges, and prevent rain and dust.

QUALITY CONTROL

Polished: Black slabs/tiles: polishing +95 degree; Other colored slabs/tiles: polishing +85 degree;
Color Variation: No color variation for most stones. We can pack the same color tiles in the same crates with color marks according to clients' requirements;
Flamed: Flame will be uniform throughout the slabs or tiles and brushed evenly on slabs after flaming;
Thickness: +/-1.0mm in tolerance for slabs; +/-0.5mm in tolerance for tiles.

2, What is your delivery time?
The time of delivery is four weeks after we receive the deposit.

We ship the goods via Guangzhou, Shenzhen port.

4,What are your payment terms?
We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% in the period of shipment.

5, What is the location of your company?
Our company is located in the biggest stone trade city Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. If you would like to have a visit, you are much welcome.

6, What are your main products?
Our main products are counter tops, tiles, stairs, window sill coping, pool coping stone, paving stone, curbstone, stone sinks, tombstone, and so on. And also we offer OEM services.

7, How about the samples?
We could send you the samples of stone fireplace, but the freight are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express fee. Please be rest assured of that.
