1. Introduction:

PP honeycomb core is a new construction materials, which is made of Polypropylene based on honeycomb bionic principles. It has many remarkable advantaged like light-weight, high compressive strength, waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion resistant and environmentally friendly etc. PP honeycomb core can extensively used to replace traditional materials, and it can be widely used in yacht, passenger carriage body, high-speed train, aerospace, glass steel, large storage tank, building materials, decoration materials and other manufacturing.

4. Specification

This is a standard size: it can be changed according to the customers’ requirements.

If the customer uses the sea container for transporting, we recommend the size 2300*1150(mm).

5. Application

PP honeycomb core can be used in the shell body of plane, train, car, yacht; also can be used as the senior sandwich core materials of composite board of the glass steel, stone, wood etc.
