Description &Technology
Purge MB ZY-0704 taking LDPE as carrier resin, compounded with
imported PWG and anti oxide agent by advanced internal mixer equipment.

• very well cleaning of machine die ,eliminate melt fracture, increase surface bright, smooth and clean of product
• reduce film’s crystal stain and fisheye number
• reduce or even remove accumulated plastic in die head, extend
compound time
• suitable for temperature sensitive resin or the resin under low
temperature extrusion
• lifting equipment’s production and saving energy under same back
press of machine
• increase printing layering and avoid double images & shadows in film
printing
Application
1,Apply to film blowing film, extrusion and drawing fiber , cable sheath,
pipe, sheet, plastic profiles, etc.Also suitable for BOPP and CPP film
blowing technology.
2,Recommended dosage 2%-3%(depends on process technology)
Package and Storage
• Package: 25kg±0.1kg/woven PP bag with PE inner.
• Storage: with packing perfect in cool and dry place
