 For first time customer wants to have a sample from our  factory , please kindly see below :

 The Procedures of buying sample from factory  :

1, Please send  us email by alibaba or our email. 

2.we send sales contract /proforma invoice to you for confirmation.

In the email,  details about the product , price,shipping method will be listed and discussed. If it is ok , you can inform us and confirm . If it is not ok, please also advise us your problem, we can adjust according to your requirements. 

3. After confirming , please pay the sample charge (100%T/T) . The sample charge normally will be refuned when placing an order (MOQ) 

4 After receiving the payment or receipt , we will start to arrange the manufacturing or preparing the material for manufacturing.

Sample will take 3 days, 7days, 15 days, 25 days, which depends on the sample .  We will inform you in advance about the time.

5 The sample Production and Quality will be followed up and keep you updated. 

6 Shipping will be checked and you will be informed . The shipping charge will be checked with different shipping method and inform you . After getting confirmation of the shipping method . The shipping will be arranged.  And the shipping charge will be loaded by yourself. 

1. Are you a factory or a trading company ?

2.What is the MOQ for the product I am interested? 

Normally , it should be at least 200 pcs . However, 1-100 pcs can be ordered as trial order for testing the quality . 

3. Can I have a sample before placing an order ? 

Yes, it is no problem, the sample is available . 

4. How long can I get the sample hand trolley (or other products like the barrows /wagons/carts)?

It depends on the products you order .  It will be around 3-20 for different products. Please contact us for sure.

5. How  long is the manufacturing time if I place an order  ? 

Normally our manufacturing time for Container (20',40',40'HQ)order is 30 days-35days.  If urgent , please send us email or call us for checking . 

6. After finished , how long can I get the product I ordered ?

 It depends which country and sea port it will be shipped . After finishing the products, we will keep you updated and inform you that we will make a booking for the container with the loading  date , delivering  date and arriving date. 

7. What can we do if there is quality problem? 

For each order , we will inpect the quality for every procedure. If there is problem  for the quality , please take pictures for the problems and email to us . We will get back to you within 24 hours .
