2.PPR-GF-PPR Anti UV Pipe Making Machine
The manufactured pipe has four layers, The outer layer is coated with Black PE with high UV-resistace,Inner 3 layer is PPR-Glassfiber-PPR Pipe.
3. Machine feature:
1) High speed PPR and fiber extruder, special designed screw and barrel for PPR/Fiber with national patented
2) Patented speciallydesigned adjustable co-extrusion die head, can ensure even thickness of three layers;Each layer thicknesscan be adjusted freely; no need to adjust the extruder’s rotating speed.
3) The haul-off machine adopts structure of high speed multi-group roller clamping type.Completely overcomes the vibration and skip problems in the traditional mode, ensuring high-speed stable pulling.
