1.Opening machine

To loosen all kinds of fiber in bundles, then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan. The pre-opening is by notch-style roller to reduce fiber damage.The main opening is by card wire palte with high efficiency and good quality. 

2.Cotton Feeder

This machine will be open to mixed pine fiber, sent a uniform layer of cotton for the next working procedure, optoelectronics, quantitative control, and vibration plate, the amount of cotton uniform and accurate.

3.Carding Machine

Spinning material combing into a single fiber, reticular fiber layer,Single cylinder high-speed carding and double-doffer outputtiong has high production capacit.Cylinder diameter:φ1230mm. 1.55

4.Cross Lapper

Thefibers after carding lapped to a certain width and thickness, after pressure is conveyed to the next process.

5.Automatic Cutting& Covering Machine

the fibers after carding and cross lapper,it will become to quilt,and automatic transport to filling the quilt cover. 

6.Oven

use glass tube to heat the fibers,automatic detection the temperature,the fiber will be more compact.length:2m.
