Product Description
Pen Type orp meter CT-8022 (oxidation reduction potential) is set pH measurement and control and redox measurement and control in one multi-function intelligent instrument. Simultaneously displayed ORP value and temperature. Its full function, stable performance, easy to operate and so on. Making it the best choice for enterprises wild and laboratory testing and control ORP value. The ORP value monitoring is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, food and other industries.
CT-8022 Pen ORP (oxidation reduction potential), the introduction of advanced technology with two-point calibration using imported components and microcontroller technology, LCD display, automatic temperature compensation and temperature display function. Greatly reduce the volume, reduce costs, and to ensure the quality, so that the use of ORP gained popularity.
Detail of the Probe :
Calibration Method :
1,Switch on the ORP Meter , and immerse the electrode in the distilled water for few hours .
2, Immerse the electrode in 256mV calibration solution (4.01 calibration solution of quinhydrone reagent), stir the meter gently.
3, Wait till the reading is stabilized , and adjust the reading to 265mV by pressing the potentiometer with the screwdriver.
4, Rinse the electrode with distilled water .
NOTE: Keep the electrode immersed in Potassium Chloride Solution for few hours for every 15days can maintain the accurace of the ORP Meter.
(Calibration solution is not supplied with packing , because liquid and powder are condisidered to be dangerous , please buy it in your local store )
