ing process:

Firstly ,put the raw material into pyrolysis reactor , seal the feed inlet system.

Secondly,burn the fuel material(coal,wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system of pyrolysis reactor.the reactor will slowly heat during.when the temperature reach around 250 degree celsius,it will produce oil gas . oil gas will goes to the gas separator ,condenser ,cooling system etc step by step ,finally there have the the liquid oil will be collected into production oil tank .

  In the production oil tank there have some pecent of oil gas which can not liquide under normal process,which will be desinged to back to unti fire back system first to remove the dangerous parts ,then finally go to reactor combustion system to instead the raw heating material to burn the reactor.this function can save energy in great margin .

   after finishing oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will go down by our steam boiler system,the temperature can be down off 100 degress celsius within 1.5 hours .in the same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Lastly,we  could open the open the reactor door to discharge the steel wire by steel puller machine .

Above all ,we finished one batch process .it cost totally around 15hours. 

3.Main features :

Safety:

1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak to ensure the reactor safety during process .

2. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

3.It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production 120% .

4.Auto alarm system during process .if there really have unfortunate happen,auto alarm system will tell us ,then we can stop the procedure immed.

Environment friendly:

1.Well water dedusting system can make the smoke was very clean without harm to the air .

2.The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution.

3.Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

1.Material: Q245R special steel plate ,thickness 16mm.
