Our palm shell carbonization furnace made by thick steel appearance, refractory bricks, airflow pipe,

the whole palm shell carbonization furnace can be 800-1000 certigrade.  According to your different

raw material, our plant can provide you two different kinds palm shell carbonization furnaces: 1) If your

raw material is sawdust, leaves, small diameter tree branches whose diameter less than 30mm, dry

grass, straw, thin shell, peanut shell, corn shell, etc. and you want to make charcoal or coal in a short

time. I will advice you airflow type palm shell carbonization furnace; 2) If your raw material is coconut

shell, palm shell, bigger diameter tree branches, palm silk ,biomass briuqette from biomass wastes,

brown coal, etc. high density raw material, I will advice you  natural palm shell carbonization furnace.

Working principle of palm shell carbonization furnace:

1) Drying stage: First, we should set fire on wood, tree branches, wood briquettes, etc.(which we have 

laid in the palm shell carbonization furnace) through four holes which locate furnace's bottom. Then close 

the holes. And close the upper holes till the thermometer (which loactes on the surface of thr furnace) 

reaches 100°C. At  this stage, the temperature in the furnace will reach about 100-160°C,and all the

2) Initial phase of carbonization: At this stage, the temperature in the furnace will reach 600-700°C, wood,

tree branches, wood briquettes,palm shell, etc. will be decomposed into carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide,

3) Carbonization stage: At this stage, the temperature will reach 800-1000°C, wood, tree branches, wood

briquettes,palm shell, etc. will be decomposed rapidly and finally carbonized into charcoal.(plam shell

4) Carbonization time: 12 hours (Carbonize briquette in furnace about 6 hours,then cool them about 6
