Our charcoal making kiln made by thick steel appearance, refractory bricks, airflow pipe.

The thickness of stell is more than 8cm, so it is quite durable the whole charcoal making

kiln can be 800-1000 certigrade.  According to your different raw material and production

capacity, our plant can provide you two different kinds charcoal making kiln: 1) If your raw 

material is sawdust, leaves, small diameter tree branches whose diameter less than 10mm,

dry grass, straw, thin shell, peanut shell, corn shell, etc. and you want to make charcoal in

a short time. I will advice you airflow type charcoal carbonization stove; 2) If your raw material

is bamboo, coconut shell, palm shell, bigger diameter tree branches, palm silk, wood sawdust

briquette, brown coal, etc. high density raw material, I will advice you natural type charcoal

The difference between our charcoal making kiln with other suppliers:

♦ Thickness of outer stove is: wall --- 4mm, bottom --- 12mm, other supplier uses 3mm and 8mm.

♦ Thickness of Inner pot is: wall --- 8mm, bottom --- 10mm, other supplier uses 4mm and 6mm.

♦ The brick we used for building outer stove is good quality, high temperature resistance, white

refractory bricks. Other supplier uses common bricks.

♦ Our charcoal carbonization stove has much longer service time than our supplier's machine.
