Q1.Where is your factory?

We have two factories in Wenzhou City China. One is for zinc alloy hardware, another is for stainless steel handrail fittings.

Q2. Can you send me your whole price list?

Sorry, it is impossible to provide full price list, as the price relates to many factors, such as quality, quantity, material, surface and etc., after we confirm your detail request, we will offer your exact quotation.

Q3. What is your payment term?

30% down payment, balance before shipment.

After we signed the contract both side the buyer need to arrange the 30% deposit. After we get the advance we will start the production right now. when we finish order, buyer can send his/her Qc agent to check the goods. Buyer need to pay the balance before we dispatch the goods.

Q4.How about your delivery time?

Normally our delivery time is 30~35 days for machinery articles,45~50 days for casting articles, but if we have the goods you want in our stock, then the delivery time will be in about two weeks or less.

 Q5. Can you produce railing fittings according to drawings.
