(1) Spiral Mixer: Two Speed spiral arm with automatic mixing time control to mix small and big quality flour, let it soft and absorb more water.

(2) Dough Divider: depends on which way to divide the dough, this machine can form different kinds of bread.

(3) Proofer: this is for a good condition for bread fermenting.

(4) Tunnel Oven: Baking Scope--bread, cake, moon cake, biscuit, toast baguette and other kinds of similar food.

(5) Water Chiller: consistently deliver 2-30C cold water for control of your dough temperature.

(6) Cooling and Sterilization: For natural cooling and sterilization before delivery for the next step of the production.
