Application:

This machine apply to the non-woven which have two layers slitting and rewinding.

Features:

1.Choose shear type or air pressure type round cutter.

2.Two layers unwind with magnetic device automatic tension controller. 

3.Unwind with web guide system(EPC),adjust device to adjust the elastic of fabric.

4.Rub rewinding with magnetic taper tension controller.

5.Frequency conversion controller control the drive, meter counter can stop the machine automatic by preset.

6.Air expanding shaft for unwind and rewind,mechanical depose edge winding. 

7.machine frame use armor plate, both sides with cover pieces, surface spray with plastic.
