Easy Installation PC Solid Sheet for the Lighting Ceilings of Industrial Plant 

      PC solid sheet is made by using Bayer and Teijin’s new PC particles as the main raw material, and introducing the advanced technology from German and Japan. General PC board includes co-extrusion UV layer plate and double sides UV board with sound insulation, cold-resistance, excellent heat-resistance performance, strong ability of cold bending and hot-forming. It can block UV all-roundly, and has strong anti-aging properties. 

     PC daylight shades are architectural decoration products with different shapes and various colors, which is made of PC board with hot-formed. Its appearance is novel and distinctive, and the waterproof effect is extremely good. It has some characteristics such as heat insulation, daylighting, impact resistance, resistance to wind erosion, light deadweight, low cost and easy construction.

     The fittings are these steel boards that are bended forming and treated against rust, used for connecting daylight shade and architectural structure. According to different shapes of bottom openings of shade body, fittings shall be made into corresponding square, rectangle, triangle or trapezoidal shapes.

     Waterproof system is made of the kin equipment of bounding box sealant and tight fixture parts. The system is stable, high precision, easy to install and high protecting the shade body. Waterproof bounding box can be made into fixed structure with fittings, also can be made into opened structure with separating from fittings.

    Heat insulation system, using the insulation materials of polycarbonate foam polyurethane waterproof coating, has an effective heat preservation and waterproof for the parts which link the roof system.

     We can make  different  shapes   of  the  skylight,  such  as  square,  rectangle,  trapezium, hemispherical, pyramid and other special shapes can be made according to the drawings and samples supplied by customer.

    Charateristics of Polycarbonate board:

     Impact resistance: The impact of PC board up to 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC board is 250-300 times as common glass, is 20-30 times as acrylic sheets, is 2 times as toughened glass. And almost it’s no fracture risk. Falling the hammer with 3kg and two meters above it, that’s no crack. So it enjoyed the reputation of being of "safety glass" and "ring steel".

     Resistance to flammability: PC board itself is not spontaneous combustion and have automatic quench. It accord with European Union ROHS instruction and strict UL safety standard, and UL94 fire prevention grade up to levelV0, levelV2, level HB. PC board itself is lighted 580°C. Remove from the fire source, it will be self-extinguish. It won't produce toxic gases, nor foster the fire spread when it’s burning.

      Energy Saving: It keeps building cool in summer, and it keeps them warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (K value) of PC board is less than common glass and other plastics. The effect of heat insulation is 7%-25% higher than glass with equal level. The rate of heat insulation is highest to 49%. Thus it can reduce heat loss greatly, suit for buildings with warm equipments, belongs to environmental protection material.

       light transmittance: daylighting is admirable, light transmittance rate up to 85 ~ 91%, and its transparency can be comparable with glass. In sunlight it won’t product yellowing, fogging or less light transmittance. UV coated board loss light rate is only 6%, but PVC is as high as 15% - 20% and glass fiber 12% - 20% ten years later.

       Weatherability: The surface is covered with anti-ultraviolet co-extrude layer, which can prevent resin from aging and yellowing caused by the sun’s ultraviolet rays. The surface of co-extrude layer with chemical bond can absorb the ultraviolet radiation and translate it into visible light, which has a good stable effect to the plant photosynthesis. It makes sure that it will not fade outdoor in ten years. It can keep all the physical indexes stable within -40 centigrade to 130 centigrade. The yellowing degree is only 2, and the decreasing value of light transmittance is only 0.6 percent.

       Resistance to heat, resistance to cold:  During the temperature from -40 centigrade to +130 centigrade, it will not cause deformation or degrading the quality. PC board will not be brittle in -100 centigrade, as well as be softened in 137.3 centigrade. Its mechanics and mechanical properties don’t have obvious changes in hostile environments.

         Lightness & Rigidness:  It is light. It is only half weight of the glass, 1/3 the weight of acrylic board. Owing to good adaptability and safety, it is easy to handle, drill. When installed, it is not breakable, and construction is simple and safe.

       Sound insulation:The effect of sound insulation of PC board is obvious, it is more effective than  glass  board  and  acrylic  board  with  the  same  thickness. In  the  same  conditions  of thickness, the quantity of PC board’s sound insulation is 3-4DB larger than glass. It is the first choice as material to be used in highway noise barriers in the word.

       Preventing dewing:  When  the  outdoor  temperature  is  0  centigrade,  the  indoor temperature is 23 centigrade and the relative humidity indoor is under 80%, so the inside surface will not dew.
