Advanced frequency conversion system for material feeding was adopted in this  machine which is able to automatically turn on or off and adjust the feeding speed according the quality of the feeding material.The pressure between rollers could also  be adjusted according the length of the paddy.Its exuviating rate reaches more than  90%.It can detect if there is material being feeding,the roller will press tightly.Or it will  relax.

The main gyrus parts of the machine have been tested in terms of its balance.It  adopts synchronized wheel transmission with steady operation and low vibration as  well as high efficiency.It can deal with large amount of materials with a speed of 5-6  ton per hour for the long grain and 5-8 ton per hour for the short grain.The exuviated material is separated into paddy mixture and chaff.
