Product Description
In-mould Labeling AC Servo Traversing Robot Arm
BRR Series is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 50~350T for take-out products and sprues. Vertical arm is single stage. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis, products take-out at super high-speed (0.5sec.) and dry cycle time within 4seconds,applicable to take-out products with short forming cycle or complex automatic
l 8 inch color touch screen.
l Micro-computer control system, strong ability of anti-interference, stable production and fast counting.
l Each axle with the function of acceleration and deceleration.
l Molding memorizing function, it can be set fast while exchanging the mold, convenient for production and increase efficiency.
