All goods are packed with 5-layer  carton(drop test passed). We also have inner carton and foam inside.

Shipment both by sea and air is available.  FOB port could be Shenzhen Shekou, Yantian and Hongkong(details shoule be checked with us first). Drop shipping is acceptable.

  -Q1: We want an exclusive model to make us unique in our market. Can you provide to us?

  A: Most products of us are private models. You can choose one and  we can sign confidential contract about your exclusive right. If you don't like what we have now, you can share us with your idea. We'll communicate with our engineers and see if we can make it it happen. When the model is done, you'll get the exclusive right.

-Q2: I'm an amazon seller. Could you help me to ship them to Amazon warehouse directly?

B: Yes, we have many successful cases on amazon. We're experienced with this.

-Q3: I'm a employee in an ordinary company which has nothing related with international business. But i'd like to have a try, Do you accpet a small order quantity?

A: Yes. Usually we'll have some our best sellers in stock. You can have a fast order to test your market.

-Q4: How do you deal with the defective products? I don't want to ship them back to you, because it's expensive and takes too long!

-A: One year warranty is for the goods. We have very strict procedures to ensure the goods are perfect in condition before delivery. But even though, in the process of transportation or moving, there'll some problems. But the defective rate is very low. Usually we can just add some pieces in your next order.
