♦4.It is convenient to discharging the products using the butterfly valve. It is easy to install, discharge and clean.

♦5.The machine is made of stainless steel, so the inside is glabrous. It has no dead angle and accords with GMP. 

Technical Parameters

Attention

♦1. The material added cannot exceed two thirds of the total barrel capacity, the mixing time is 4-10min.

♦2. Fill 20#machine oil into the reduction gearbox until the oil level reaches the worm wheel. Refill the oil every 3 months.

♦3. Periodically add high temperature resistance beef tallow to the rolling bearing, the ideal volume is one third of the chamber of the rolling bearing.
