The v shape conveyor belts can prevents the material from sliding back.  

Can carry loose materials at angle of 17-18 and bagged material. This kind of  v cleat conveyor belts are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt. The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.

 1.The first step, process of  vulcanization molding :the base belt and chevron vulcanize into a unity .this strengthens the adhesion between the core and the rubber cover .the chevron will not fall off .life time is longer.

2.The second step, vulcanization molding :the base belt and chevron vulcanize into a unity by low temperature. It avoid the aging of the base belt. At the same time , it can make sure the adhesion between the base belt and the chevron.
