EIE incubators are majorly used for Media Preparation & Culture growth at temperatures of 22.5°C (±2.5°C) & 32.5°C (± 2.5°C) in Microbiology or ARD labs across the world.

 Air Circulation:

Temperature is maintained by a quiet running blower for better air circulation throughout the chamber. Forced air circulated vertically down and re-circulated throughout the chamber for uniform temperature distribution.

Heating & Cooling System 

Long lasting U-Shaped tubular heaters used as heating element. Hermetically sealed compressor CFC free compressor (134 A gas) coupled with evaporation coil and condenser. 

Trays for samples 

• Removable wiremess trays are part of the standard supply.
• The trays of the incubator will be manufactured from strong Stainless steel rods - strong enough to with-stand heavy load of test specimens, which should be equally distributed among trays.
• Such trays will also facilitate better air circulation.
• The distance between trays will be 15-20 centimeters.

Safety Features 

• High temperature safety cut off (Thermostat)
• Electrical overload safety (Fuse 10 Amperes)
• Time delay for compressor switch ON
