GS-A1 Powder Screw Feeder

Brief instruction:
Our GS-A1 Powder Screw Feeder is suitable for multiple powdery product , working together with kinds of packing machine, the product feeding of the conveyor is controlled to retain the product level in the product cabinet . And the machine can be used independently . All parts are make of stainless steel except the electromotor , bearing and support frame.

Characteristic:
1.Using double electromotors: feeding motor & vibrating motor , separately controlled .
2.Product funnel is design to be adjustably vibratile , which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.
3. Product funnel can separate from the tube for easy assembly.
4. Special anti-dust design to protect bearing from dust.
5. In order to convenience machine cleaning , following functions are added in : auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel , auger can be disassemblied for washing.

Specification:

Export standard plywood package are supplied with well packed. we can make the packages according to customer's request. Sea packages or Air packages are both available.

Documents:
Operational manual with English will be given at the time of dispatch of machine.

Guarantee:
The machine is guaranteed for trouble free performance for a period of 12 months from commissioning.

Service:
Service after sell for free for one year, and with spare parts for one year(except human reason broken and easy broken parts).

If you need, we can dispatch our engineer to install and test machine in your country. But our clients need to pay relative fees of our engineer. Our quotations will not include these fees.
