The whole line includes six steps as below:

1.DT-15 Elevator:

A.   Characteristic: 

      It has the characteristic of running smoothly, reliable lifting, small volume, high efficiency, good sealing, etc

B.   Usage:

It is used to deal with the corn, or something likes corn.

2.SCY100 Pre-cleaner:

Effectively separates various large foreign objects in grain and can be widely used for primary cleaning procedures of the front end feeding grain mill, grease mill and so on.

3.TQLZ150 vibratory cleaning separator

It is used for removing various large, small and light foreign objects from grain.

4.TQSX120*2 suction type de-stoner

It is mainly used for separating heavy foreign objects such as side stone from grain.

 5.MLGT51 RICE HULLER                 

A.   Characteristics:                             

By virtue of a couple of face-to-face, non-uniformvelocity rubber roll, under pressure, the machine squeezes and twines paddy so as toget rid of rice hull.And separates rice and blighted grains from the mixture through outside induced draft fan. The biggest advantage is to realize the exchange of fast and slow roll by adopting gearbox. Therefore, whenin stalled a couple of rubber, they can be run out at 

the same time. 

B.  Usage:

    It fits paddy ratcheting and separation.
 
6.MGCZ60*20 PADDY SEPARATOR

A.   Characteristic:

The machines use the difference between gravity, graininess and coefficient off riction on the paddy and brown rice. It can grade the mixture from the paddy by the function of swing separatingboard. When the machine is running, the big specific 

gravity and small grain size brown rice goes down, meanwhile, the brown rice goes onto the separate board. The small specific gravity and small grain size brown rice go upon the unpolished rice and slip out from the lower part of separated broad, and then the corn and the brown rice are separated. This machine has the 

characteristic of compact structure, operating and 

fixing easily. 

B.   Usage:

It used to separate the grain from the brown rice.

 7.MNMLs series vertical type rice mill with emery roller

A.usage:

Mainly used for milling the brown rice first time.

B.Product features:

(1)   Vertical type with special from emery sharpening abrasive 

rolls for longer life time and less breaking rice grain.

(2)    Double bran exhaust ports to assist bran fast removing out of chamber result cleaner and cleaner of rice grain higher milling yield.

(3)    Easy to operate just only by counter weight adjustment.

(4)    Easy to replace abrasive rolls by only one person, easy to replace screens with any tool required.

8.MNMLt series vertical type rice machine with iron roller

Features:

It is mainly used in whitening rice step in rice factories,the special vertical structure can be made the pressure of

 whitening room low, so the broken rice less, the methods of rice in and out are the special and can be used on-line operation,no used the elevator reducing the broken rice from elevator. The parts of whitening room are special processed and theirs service life are longer.The stop time of the machine is less. The mechanism of watering is  added, also can be used for original water polisher. New design, attractive appearance, easy operation and easy  maintenance.

9.MMJP150 GRADER

A.  Characteristic:                      

This equipment makes use of the difference between the rice and the broken rice. 

The rice moves back and forth on the screen, and it is automatic graded by the rub. 

Tri-screen cylinders separate the rice and the broken rice continuously. 

This equipment is characterized by the compact structure, running equable, good technical performance, operating and repairing easily.

B.  Usage:

This equipment is mainly for the rice grading. It also suits for the separation of granulose thing.

10. 320 Channel Color Sorter:(To remove black rice)

11.MWPG600 POLISHER                                           

A.  Characteristic:                             

This series are on the basis of all the advantages in rice polisher at home and abroad. It is new equipment, which has the international advanced level. It raises the effectiveness of polish by high-pressure spray. The polishing compounds cover the rice uniformly. The main performance parameter is displayed by electronic transport. Operating easily, 

wonderful structure, cheap, safe, blue-chipped performance.

B. Usage:

It fits for the production of pearl rice, immune wash rice 

12.PACKING MACHINE DCS-50

It is used to package rice into bags---10~50kg per bag.
