1. Introduction

          EBR series High shear homogenizer adopt most advanced tecnology for rator and stator precise pisitioning, which is the core technology for emulsifying effect. The whole machine sytem adopt hydraulic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintence. The bi-direction material absorbtion system make the best homogenizing effect. This model is widely used in liquid chemical, cosmetics, food&beverage, papermaking, daily prodcucts industry.

• Reasonal design makes the machine more stable, easy to operate and maintain.
• Hydraulic pillar adopt the structure of built-in engineering hydraulic cylinder, with strong bearing, stable lifting, less oil consuming, avoid the oil leakage problem of conventional hydraulic system.

• Advanced speed-adjusting system, by frequency converter, you emulsifying speed can be adjust to your ideal effect, which makes the best emulsifying effect.

• Material: machines frame is carbon steel. The main contact parts are SUS 304 or SUS316.

• Rotaor stator structure; Rator and stator is subject to special treatment. the surface abrasion resistance is  2-3 times than the ordinary SUS. The unit bi-direction structure makes material absording more efficient.           

• The rotating system is after dynamic and static balance test, so that it ensure the stability, low noise, and long service life.
