Double Head plastic film blown machinery set has a logical designed structure, which is composed of one set of screw, two sets of die-head, connected extruder tower and two sets of single-winder with lower traction. It has such functions as high efficiency, saving energy, saving space, economical and substantial. Both the barrel and screw of the extruder are made of 38CrMoAl high quality alloy steel through nitration and precision finishing with the best hardness and corrosion resistance.

The special designed screw ensures the high output and good plasticization. The main motor and traction adopt the frequency conversion timing to save the energy. The surface friction type winder makes the film slick and orderly. It's suitable for blowing low-density polythene (LDPE), high-density polythene (HDPE) and linear low-density polythene (LLDPE) etc. Plastic film which have been widely used for daily and industrial packaging such as food, garment, garbage bag, vest bag etc.
