Baby’s pacifier with temperature indicator. This Magic-Temp is a new concept in baby’s temperature monitoring, the LIQUID CRYSTALS embedded inside the nipple that is programmed to reflect different colors of light at certain temperature.

INSTRUCTION:

1. Use Magic-Temp like any other pacifier.

2. Upon removing from baby’s mouth, examine the indicator in the nipple, approx. 3 minutes of use is necessary for fully temperature response.

3. If the Magic-Temp reads 38°C (100°F) or higher, a fever is indicated and you should check baby’s temperature with following thermometer—

√ Digital thermometer (MT803,MT905)

√ Digital pacifier thermometer (MP100,MP101, MP200)

√ Ear thermometer (MT502, MT505, MT510, MT511)

√ Forehead scan (MT507) Notify your physician to determine appropriate treatment.

4. A green number shows the exact temperature, a blue number indicates that the temperature is 0.5°C (1°F) over the number being read, and a tan number indicates that the temperature is 0.5°C (1°F) below the number being read. If two numbers are lit, the correct temperature is between them.

CLEANING: Wash and boil pacifier prior to the first use. Wash regularly with hot soapy water and rinse well.

CAUTION: Any pacifier wears out. Before each use, inspect your Magic-Temp pacifier carefully to prevent possible choking hazard, do as following:

1. Test the strength of the nipple by pulling on the bulb portion.

2. Examine the nipple for tears, cracks, or other signs of excessive wear, especially when baby is teething.

3. Discard worn Magic-Temp and replace with a new one immediately.

4. This pacifier is not designed as a teether and should not be used as such.

WARNING: Do not tie pacifier around child’s neck as it presents as strangulation danger.
