Machine features

1.The frame is made of cast iron, making it very stable without deformation for a long time.

1.Our cnc router adopts high speed(0-18000RPM),high torque and high precision 3.0kw air-cooling electric spindle,which is adjusted by Fuling inverter. This guarantees the high working speed and accuracy with low noise. It engraves without any ripple but with smooth bottom level and clear outline .

2.1).Our cnc router adopt the world famous rail and guide manufacturer Taiwan Hiwin square rails ,self-lubricating sliding block. This ensures equal force in all directions and accuracy and strength of the machine.

2).Comparing with the round rail, the square rails has higher precision, less wear and tear. Square rails apply to high-speed move and greatly reduce the drive horsepower the machine required. What’s more, it can bear the load from left and right/up and down at the same time.

3.DSP control system don't need connect to PC.It includs three parts, control card, U disk,and handle Controller.When you set the toolpath by the software(Artcam ,Type3,etc), then copy it to U disk,then insert U disk to control card ,the toolpath will show in the hand controller.You can control the tool cut or engrave.DSP is easily operate and learned,especially for the freshman. But it can’t show the whole Manufacturing process.

4.It is composed of screw, nut and ball, and its function is to convert rotary motion to linear motion. 

1).High sensitivity. (no vibration, no crawling, synchronicity is good).
2).High positioning accuracy. (can realize zero clearance transmission,)
3).Long service life. (is more than 4 times than the normal ball screw.)
