Plain MDF:1220*2440*18MM,density:730kgs/cbm.E2 grade.

E1 grade MDF:

1220*2440*25MM,density:750kgs/cbm,double faced sanded well by imported machine,called Imeas imorted from Italy.

Imeas sanding machine:

Surface:matt,glossy,grain,relief(embossment),melamine for one or two faces 

Embosment surface with red melamine color:

1220*2440*9MM,E2 grade,double faced with red embossment melamine faced mdf.

MDF :with double faced melamine paper - cherry color.

1220*2440*18MM,E2 grade MDF. matt face and back.

Grade:E1,E2, and E0 according customers requirement.

Color: vorious color according to customers request

Usage for Furniture parts or furniture accessories or components.

Edge:could be covered with pvc edge bandings or melamine edge bandings.

Designs or size:could be cut according customers special requirement:

Specifications: four edge covered with melamine edge bandings.F/B with cherry color melamine mdf.

Apllications: All sorts of table face board,partitions ,closet cabinets,back board,vacuum fonts and so on.

Packing: by 8 standard exporting pallets(steel stip or PVC for strength,packing PB/ply or hard paper covering all sides,top and buttom) into 20 container for about 21.5CBM

Payment:30% T/T in advance and 70 T/T balance after B/L copy or L/C at sight

Packings:by standard export packings,8 pallets in 1*20GP,16 pallets in 1*40GP, and 18 pallets in 1*40HQ.
