 What is the introduction of our biomass carbonizing kiln furnace?

1. This biomass carbonizing kiln furnace can carbonize wood log, wood briquette, coconut shell and bamboo into good quality charcoal.

2. It is designed with one outer stove, three inner stoves, one electric hoist and one clean system.  

3. Its carbonizing speed is 2.5-3T/24hrs for dry wood with moisture less than 8% or wood briquettes.

What is the working principle of our biomass carbonizing kiln furnace?

Put the raw material into the inner stove, hoist it into the outer stove for carbonizing, when one inner stove finished the carbonization, hoist out for natural cooling and then hoist the second inner stove into the outer stove for carbonizing, the similar process for the third inner stove.

Three inner stoves continuously work in turn to improve the productivity, with smoke clean system to protect the environment.

Structure of the biomass carbonizing kiln furnace 

1. Outer stove

The outer stove consists of three parts: heating chamber, stove body and the heat preservation layer.

The raw material of outer stove is heat resistant steel plate and heat preservation refractory materials.

2. Inner stove

The inner stove consists of stove body and the sealing top cap. The material of inner stove is heat resistant steel plate and special steel boiler plate. And the steel plate thickness is 8mm.  The three inner stoves can be stacked in the outer stove together, which will save a lot of space and reduce the freight cost.

3. Exhaust smoke pipe

In the process of carbonizing, some smoke will be produced. The combustible smoke can return to the furnace through purifying tube. The purified combustible smoke can flow into the heating chamber of the outer furnace for heating the stove again.

4. Clean system

This system includes purification tank and heat exhaust cycle pipe. The clean system is designed to purify the incombustible smoke and filter the wood tar. In the process of carbonizing, first come out is smoke with bad smell. The clean system internal has floating cold water, when the hot smoke meets the cold pipe, the smoke will become water vapor, thus it will not pollute the air.
