 1.Brief Introduction:

The Vibrating feeder can send the blocky and granular materials from the stock bin into the receving device evenly, regularly and continuously. In the stone production line it feeds the crushing machines and screens the materials roughly. It is widely used in metallurgical, coal, mine-selecting, building, chemical, abrasive industries for crushing and screening equipment.

3.Working Principle of Vibrating feeder:

This vibrating feeder adopts an eccentric block to produce centrifugal force which makes the movable parts like screen box and vibrator move continuously in a circle or an approximate circle. The materials then vibrates and jumps with the screen box on the tilted screen and are then continuously and equally discharged.

5. Installation, adjustment, usage, maintenance of Vibrating feeder

1) When used for distributing or fixed quantity feeding, it should be installed horizontally to ensure the steady uniform flow and prevent the materials from flowing by itself. When used for continous feeding of ordinary materials, it can be installed downward to 10 degrees. When used for sticky materials or materials of high water content, it can be installed downward to 15 degree.

2)20mm travel clearance should be left when the machine is installed. The transverse should be horizontal. The suspension device should be flexible.

3) Before being tested without load, all the bolts should be fastened again, especially the foundation bolts of the vibration motor. After working for 3-5 hours continuously, all the bolts should be fastened once again.

4) When testing, the two motors should work at the same time.

5) The stability of the amplitude, electric current, the noise should be checked frequently when the vibrating feeder is working. If something abnormal occurs, the machine should be stopped and checked out to find out and solve the problems.

6)The motor bearings should be filled into lubricating oil every two months. In hot season every month.
