Product application

It widely applies to various of rocks, abrasive materials, refractory materials, cement clinker, quartzite, iron ore, concrete aggregate, etc various of hard and brittle materials for medium or fine crushing. It is specially suitable for making sand for construction and road-building.

Operating principle

The materials fall into the machine through the feeder hopper and then are divided into two parts. One part enters the high-speed impeller through the middle of the distributor, and are accelerated quickly, which can reach hundreds of times gravitational acceleration. Then they are thrown out of the three even flow channels of the impeller at the speed of 60-70 meters per second. The other part falls around the distributor in an umbrella form. The two parts meet and impact against and then are impacted to the lining layer of the materials in the chamber together and are bounced back upward obliquely to the top of the chamber, then change the direction downward. The materials thrown from the flow channel of the impeller form continuous curtain. So the materials are crushed, rubbed and ground more than twice. The final products are discharged from the exit at the bottom, forming a closed circuit with screen system. Generally three times circulation can crush the materials under 0.9mm. During the whole crushing process, the materials impact with each other and do not contact the metal parts, but hit the lining layer of the materials and break. This reduces the pollution of the corners and prolongs the service life of the machine. The ingeniuous self-circulation of the air inside the chamber reduces the dust pollution.
