Axial flow hydro turbine

Axial flow hydro turbine, the water inflow and outflow from runner are in axial type.Axial flow hydro turbine can be divided into fixed vane type and Kaplan type according to the structure of the runner.The machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient repair, low cost equipment and so on.

Inclined jet hydro turbine

Inclined jet hydro turbine, Water flow angled to main shalf for inflow and outflow of runner.The structure of the runner is more complex than axial flow hydro turbine.And it suits to high water head.

Francis hydro turbine

Francis turbine invented by American engineer Francis in 1849, so it named Francis turbine. It's a kind of axial flow and inclined jet type mixed a hydro turbine.It combines the advantages of axial flow turbine and inclined jet turbine.Water radial inflow into turbine and axle outflow from runner. Francis type water turbine is one of the widely used water turbines.

Tubular hydro turbine

Tubular turbine,the water's inflow and outflow type are basically in axial derection.The most mommonly used tubular turbine is bulb type, shaft type and shaft extension type.Tubular turbine with compact structure ,small volume, convenient installation advantage. This type model is to rely on hydraulic pressure and water power in the pipeline act on the impeller,driving on the runner and rotor to make the generator produce electricity.

Pelton hydro turbine

Pelton turbine is similar to inclined jet hydro turbine,but the structure of the blade are different,the blade is composed by two spoon shaped steel leaf pieces stitch together. Pelton turbine is suitable for high water head power plants,and it's not limited by cavitation condition and high cost-effective.
